QUICK Dry Jello Salad Sprinkle the dry jello over the fruit. The cottage cheese and cool whip will provide the moisture.

QUICK Mayonnaise Serve mayonnaise over hot asparagus or on sandwiches. Makes 2 cups NOTE* Blenders are used for mayonnaise recipes, too. I like this one because you don't lose some of the mayo, trying to get it all out!

QUICK Lemon Mayonnaise This recipe can be made up to 2 days ahead. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Mixed Pepper, Spinach and Garbanzo Bean Salad This salad can take on your favorite flavor of vinaigrette dressing. A basil vinaigrette would go well with this vegetable combination.
