Red And White And Blue    You don't even need a recipe for this one!  I made this and everyone loved it!
QUICK Creamy Fresh Peach Soup    Not sure about soup for dessert?   Try serving this with some shortbread cookies and it will be a hit!    Try serving "graham cracker brittle" listed in candy and confections category, (brittles, barks and crunches) alongside this soup.  A dessert soup, with a desssert cracker.  Try them, you'll love them!
QUICK Fruit Dip    This is good with all fresh fruits!
Aunt Susie's Sour Cream Biscuits    Do you remember years ago, when strawberry shortcakes were made from sweet biscuits instead of the little cakes you find in stores now?  Tall, fluffy biscuits that melt with the sweet juice of the berries.  This is the recipe that will make those biscuits.  Good for breakfast with gravy, add a little more sugar to make them perfect for fruit shortcakes.
Frozen Strawberry Salad    This is the perfect thing to have in the freezer!  When company comes it will make a great dessert to serve.  It's pretty, creamy and tastes wonderful!
