QUICK Seven-up Cake

This one is very popular in the south. It's easy, it's moist and you will love it!
Ingredients
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Supreme Lemon Cake Mix
1 pkg. Jell-o Instant Pineapple Cream Pudding
3/4 cup wesson oil
4 whole eggs
1 (10 oz.) bottle of 7-Up
7-Up Icing:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 T flour
1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Directions
7-Up Cake:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 325 F. for about 35 Minutes, in a 9 x 13 pan.
7-Up Icing:
Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick. Cool. Add coconut and spread over 7-Up Cake.
