QUICK Fried Funnel Cakes

Do you love the funnel cakes at the fair as much as I do? This is one of the favorite things my grandchildren want, as soon as we get there!
NOTE* These are super easy, just watch out for the hot oil!
Ingredients
3 cups self-rising flour
1/3 sugar
2 eggs
Milk
Directions
Mix flour, sugar and eggs . Add enough milk to make dough like pancake batter.
Pour through a funnel into hot oil while moving the funnel in circles, about 6 inches across.
Turn once until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
