QUICK Low-Fat, No Cholesterol Dream Cake

   Start with a store bought angel cake and the rest is quick and easy.



Ingredients

   1  angel food cake
   3  T sugar
   2  T cornstarch
2/3  cup fresh orange juice
   1  T grated orange peel
1/2  cup non dairy whipped topping
   1  pint fresh strawberries, sliced



Directions

   Stir sugar and corn starch together in a small sauce pan to mix well.

   Gradually stir in orange juice and peel.  Cook 3 to 5 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly.

   Remove from heat, continuing to stir.
   Refrigerate until very cold.

   Beat until fluffy and fold in whipped topping.  Ice the cake, adding sliced strawberries on top.

   Serve with remaining berries.
