QUICK Irish Cream Explosion

This dessert will please both the eyes and the palate!
Ingredients
1 box dark chocolate fudge cake mix (17.53 oz)
1 cup fat-free chocolate milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1/4 cup plus 1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur, divided
1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 T confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup fat-free caramel sauce, divided
Red coarse sugar crystals
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Using electric mixer, beat together first 4 ingredients and 1/4 cup liqueur 2 minutes; stir in morsels.
Divide among 4 greased and floured 9" pans.
Bake 12 minutes.
Remove from pans; cool.
Meanwhile, using electric mixer, beat cream, confectioner's sugar and remaining liqueur 5 minutes.
Spread first cake layer with 2 tablespoons caramel; top with 1/4 whipped cream mixture. Repeat layering twice; top with remaining cake layer. Add remaining whipped cream mixture and caramel sauce.
Sprinkle sugar crystals over cake.
