QUICK Extra-Creamy Cheesecake

Easy recipe for the cheesecake lovers! A normal cheesecake takes an hour to cook. This one takes only 35 minutes total bake time. It is baked in a pie plate.
Ingredients
1 pound cream cheese
2/3 cup + 3 T sugar
Salt
3 eggs
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Toasted slivered almonds (optional)
Directions
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in 2/3 cup sugar and a dash of salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until smooth. Add almond flavoring and pour into 9" pie pan.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes.
While cake is cooling, beat sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, a dash of salt and the vanilla together. Pour over top of cake.
Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
Cool and serve.
