Quick Chocolate Glaze for Cakes

Servings: Enough for 1, 9 or 10 inch cake Prep. Time: 5 min Prep and Cook Print

   This is a n easy, sweet glaze for a cake made in a tube or bundt pan.



Ingredients

   2  squares (2 oz.) semisweet or unsweetened chocolate
1/4  cup butter or margarine
   3  T milk
   2  cups confectioner's sugar
1/8  tsp. salt
1/2  tsp. vanilla



Directions

   Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over hot water.

    Blend in milk and butter and remove from heat.
   Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

   If needed, thin with drops of cream.
   Spread on top of cake and let drizzle down sides.
