Baking-Powder Biscuits    This is a recipe for a lot of biscuits!  Cut into 2-inch rounds it will make 42.    My father was raised in a large family of 4 girls and 4 boys.  He told me that his mother made 52 biscuits every morning for breakfast.  THAT sounds like a lot of biscuits!  But all of the boys were well over 6 feet and they all were big eaters.  They ate gravy and biscuits or molasses and biscuits.     Dad, himslf, made some of the best biscuits, I ever had!

Aunt Susie's Sour Cream Biscuits    Do you remember years ago, when strawberry shortcakes were made from sweet biscuits instead of the little cakes you find in stores now?  Tall, fluffy biscuits that melt with the sweet juice of the berries.  This is the recipe that will make those biscuits.  Good for breakfast with gravy, add a little more sugar to make them perfect for fruit shortcakes.

QUICK Biscuit Mix (Baking Powder)    This mix you can make up yourself and keep on hand.  It's easy and economical.  You can make drop biscuits in a flash! NOTE* Store in an air-tight container in a cool place.
