BBQ-Sauces & glazes

QUICK Herb-Marinated Grilled Steak    A simple, easy marinade.
Sorghum Barbecue Sauce    Sorghum was the main sweetener used by the early Kentucky settlers, and it provided energy and made otherwise plain foods tasty and nutritious.  It also provided important nutrients, iron, calcium, potassium, and phosphorous to their diets.  It continues to be a favorite of Kentucky cooks.
Bourbon-Peach Barbecue Sauce     This one is a real winner!
Teriyaki Sauce for Chicken or Shellfish    A simple sauce for simply delicious chicken!
Triple-Mustard Sauce    Mustard and honey are a combination that's ideal for lamb or tuna steaks.  Brush the sauce liberally on meat or fish before, and during grilling.
Spicy Horseradish Sauce    This is good!
Lemon-Thyme Barbecue Sauce    This is not  the typical red BBQ sauce.
Honey-Butter Sauce    Use as a basting sauce for grilled chicken, or toss with steamed fresh vegetables.
Caribbean Coconut-Curry Sauce    Brush this slightly sweet lime-scented sauce on shrimp or chicken before and during grilling.
Buttery Rosemary Sauce    Try this on lamb chops, too.
Peach Rib Sauce    Try this on the next ribs you grill!
Baster's Sauce    This is the type of sauce used on BBQ during cooking.  It has no sugar so it won't burn like a sweet sauce.  Sweet sauce is best used after meat is cooked.
Beer-B-Cue Sauce    Cooking kills the alcohol, but not the flavor.  This beer sauce is really tasty.
Fruit Juice And Brandy Glaze    This is a nice little touch at the end of the grill time.
Quick Firecracker Red Bell Pepper Butter    This zesty butter can be made up to three days ahead.    This can be used over grilled chicken or fish, served with an omelet, added to a baked potato or brushed over corn on the cob.    Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
QUICK Durango Sauce    It will be hard to convince everyone that this zippy southwestern sauce starts with such simple ingredients!  Just blend 4 ingredients and this sauce is ready to use over meats, vegetables, as a BBQ basting sauce, or for tacos.    Makes 2 1/2 cups sauce. NOTE *to use as a basting sauce during the last 5 min. of grilling, add 1/4 cup more water.
Hickory-smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce    This recipe makes about 3 cups of sauce and has great flavor!
Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cilantro-Pecan Pesto    This grilled chicken has a pesto sauce added after grilling.
QUICK Grilled Tuna with Tarragon Mayonnaise    This grilled tuna has homemade mayo as its sauce after broiling.
Kentucky Bourbon Barbecue Sauce    The long time cooking on this sauce loses the alcohol but not the flavor!
