Pacific Rim Marinade
Lime, ginger, and ciantro. What a great mix of flavors!
Spicy Yogurt Marinade for Chicken
Even skinless chicken breasts will come off the grill moist and tender after soaking in this spicy, juice-sealing marinade.
Minted Turkish Delight Marinade
Mint and spices add a Turkish flair to this yogurt-based marinde. The flavors are perfect with lamb kebabs or chicken. It's also a good dip for crudites or pita bread. This recipe makes enough to marinate 1 1/2 lbs of lamb or chicken, with some remaining to serve on the side.
Cider Marinade for Chicken or Pork
This sounds like something special for ribs and chops!
Sesame Marinade for Fish and Seafood
Sounds like a great thing for fish!
Southwest Marinade
this would be great on chicken!
Lemon, Red-Chili Marinade for Vegetables
This vinaigrette transforms steam-blanched brocolli florets into festive miniature nosegays.
Hot Indonesian Peanut Sauce
This sauce is a marinade for grill meats.
Makes 1 cup.
Teriyaki Sauce
If sauce has been used as a marinade, it should be discarded. If used as a sauce during grilling, extra sauce can be stored in the refrigerator.
Makes about 1 1/4 cup, enough for about 5 pounds of meat.
QUICK Marinated Korean Steak
This recipe called for 1 tsp. Monosodium Glutamate. I left it out because it causes some people stomach discomfort. It affects me and I believe, with the many flavors already in the marinade, it will not affect the steak.
Whiskey Marinated Top Sirloin
This marinade takes some time, but well worth it! We used to call it " staggering steer."
QUICK Marinated, Grilled, Pork Tenderloin
This marinade stays on for 4 hours or overnight, if you want to start your dinner the night before. This would be great with grilled pineapple, or sweet potatoes served alongside!
