This makes an unusual party dip that is delicious!
Ingredients
3 cans blackeyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 small jar pimento
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 to 1 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Italian dressing
NOTE* Make sure you wear kitchen gloves to handle hot peppers.
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate overnight.
