QUICK Cream Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms

   Simple and simply delicious!



Ingredients

    1  pound mushroom caps, stems removed
    1  8-ounce pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1  small onion, grated
    1  egg

Salt and pepper



Directions

   Preheat broiler, wipe mushrooms clean with a paper towel and remove stems.
   Mix together cheese, egg, onion, salt and pepper.  Fill caps with mixture.  Place on a cookie sheet and broil until bubbly and caps are cooked.
