QUICK Bologna Spread    If your family loves bologna, this is the one for you!  It would be great for a tailgate party, too.
QUICK Dried Fruit Cheese Ball    This is especially good through the holidays.
Pinecone Cheese Ball    This one looks good on the appetizer table and it tastes good.  Sliced almonds work, too.
QUICK Fruit & Cheese Ball    This cheese ball goes great with fresh fruit.
Crunchy Vegetable Cheese Ball    This is a lower fat version, with lots of crunch.
Apple Cheese Ball    This cheese ball is shaped in the shape of an apple.
Brocolli Bacon Cheese Ball    This one is creamy, cheesy, and crunchy!
Goat Cheese with Herbed Olive Oil    This is goat cheese at it's best!
Mini Gruyere Puffs    A cross between popovers and cream puffs, they get their flavor from Gruyere cheese, a nutty, creamy yet firm cheese from Switzerland.
Fried Goat Cheese Marinara    Tangy rounds of goat cheese are sauteed in olive oil until the insides are softly melted and the breadcrumb coating is crisp.
Goat Cheese Turnovers    These little turnovers can be made ahead an kept chilled for 2 or 3 hours, then cooked.
QUICK Fried Parmesan Puffs    This is little fried balls of flavor!
Sake Cheese Ball     Sake is a different taste. ( I didn't like it when we were in Japan )
Dessert Cheese Centerpeice    A mild blue cheese flavor compliments the apples and pears.
Almond Pinecones     This is the cheese ball that looks like a pine cone!  Toasted, whole almonds are placed in rows into the cheese.
QUICK Sausage Balls    This recipe is easy and popular with even the kids!  Vary the taste by using hot pork sausage instead of the mild or by using jalapenos or pepper cheese.  The choices are endless!   NOTE*  I made this recipe and thought it had too much Bisquick.  They were dry and the sausage was not as prominent as I like.  (Next time I will try 1 1/2 cups bisquick.)
QUICK Salmon Ball    Chill this mixture for at least two hours to blend flavors.
Cheddar Cheese And Olive Balls    These tasty little nibbles can be made ahead and kept refrigerated until time to bake.  They have a lot of flavor and are great for cocktails.  They are cheesy and salty!

QUICK And Easy Beer Cheese    This is good when you first make it, and even better after it mellows!    NOTE* This makes a great gift at holiday time.
QUICK South-of-the-Border, Tangy Chili-Bean Dip    Pack this cheese into a colorful crock, and it will be the life of the party!    Serve with tortilla chips.
QUICK Cream Cheese Crescents    These little canapes are layered and thick with cream cheese.  They will require plates and forks.
Betty's Best Pimento Cheese Spread    Every picnic I ever went to as a child in Kentucky, had pimento cheese sandwiches!  On fresh white bread, they were so soft and wonderful!    Pimento cheese is made with Velveta cheese, pimentos, Miracle Whip and of course, sugar.  Now don't knock it, till you've tried it.    I use flame roasted pimentos, instead of plain, and I use less sugar than most recipes down here.    I made some for my friend Shirley, and she picked out the little black spots, (from the flame roasting) she didn't know what they were!  The flame roasted are much more flavorful than plain.    This recipe makes a lot for sandwiches, it is good to stuff celery, and great with Ritz Crackers.
Baked Appetizer Cheese Dip    This can be served hot or cold.  This can be served, molded like a pate.
QUICK Boursin Dip    Verstile dip that is good with crackers, cold vegetables or on sandwiches.  This can also be used hot on baked potatoes, in stuffed mushrooms, chicken or beef rolls.
QUICK Bacon Blue Cheese Dip    Grab a basket, stir up a dip, and pack some veggies, crackers or chips, you have an instant party snack to take anywhere.
QUICK Beer Dip    This one is easy and goes good with pretzels.
QUICK Cheddar Cheese and Brandy Spread    This one has a lot of flavor, and goes with anything!
QUICK Brie and Almond Pate'    This one is easy and good!  Use your favorite Brie.
QUICK And Super Easy, Cream Cheese Appetizer    This one gets raves every time it's served.
QUICK Herb Cheese    This is simple and elegant.

QUICK Chili Cheese Balls    These are great with slices of summer sausage, or drop a couple in your bowl of chili or soup.    Or just pop one in to your mouth!
