QUICK Mini Empanadas

This is a little, tasty, sandwich bite. The kids will love them!
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 envelope onion soup mix
Pinch of ground red pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 8-ounce pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions
Combine first three ingredients in a skillet and cook over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Separate rolls into triangles; cut each in half. Spoon 1 T meat mixture onto each triangle; fold up and seal edges well.
Bake on ungreased baking sheet until golden, about 15 minutes.
