Frozen Ham Sandwiches
| Servings: Makes 2 cups Spread | Prep. Time: 10 minutes prep |
This is a great little party sandwich that can be made ahead of time, and baked at party time to serve warm.
NOTE* It is equally good if frozen first.
Ingredients
2 Sticks melted butter or margarine
3 T mustard
1 small onion, grated
1 1/2 T poppy seed
1 T Worcestershire
Shaved or thinly sliced ham
Swiss cheese slices
Small bread rolls, (party size)
Directions
Mix butter, mustard, onion, poppy seed, and Worcestershire.
Slice rolls and spread butter mixture over both sides. Add the ham slices and the cheese. Freeze, if not serving right away.
Cover with foil before baking at 350 F, 35-45 minutes for frozen, 30 minutes for fresh.
