QUICK Toasted Cheese Rolls

This recipe can be used to make as many of these little toasted cheese sandwiches as you need.

Ingredients

Thin sliced sandwich bread
Small jar snappy soft cheese
2 T butter

Directions

Cream the cheese and butter until very soft.

Trim crusts from bread slices and spread with cheese mixture.

Roll up as tight as possible, jelly roll fashion. Fasten with toothpick.
Brush each roll with melted butter and toast in a 450 F. oven until brown.

Serve hot.
NOTE* This can also be broiled.
