Antipasto Appetizers

QUICK Antipasto Platter    This can be as simple or as fancy as you want to make it!
QUICK Antipasto Di Mare    This is a refreshing, different way to serve tuna.  The exact ingredients are not important; any combination of fresh raw salad vegetables you choose, will work well.
Antipasto Platter    This platter is ideal for entertaining because the ingredients are marinated and arranged in advance.
Marinated Mushroom Salad    This is a tasty little tidbit for the appetizer or cocktail hour!
Roasted Vegetable Antipasto Platter    This needs to be made the day of serving to be at it's best.  The ingredients can be prepped and added to the marinade the night before, but do the roasting that afternoon.
Insalata Antipasto    This is a great first course to an Italian dinner.
Warm Shrimp Antipasto    The shrimp are seasoned and run under the broiler to cook.  The shrimp can be aded to the  oil and herbs ahead of time to make it even faster prep!  Mix it all up in the oven dish.
Marinated Summer Finger salad    This recipes consists of all your favorites!  You get to pick the vegetables that go in this marinade.  Its tasty finger food at it best.    Refrigerate overnight, toss occasionally and drain to serve.
