 but if you love cakes with delicious toppings, there are some healthier options.  Try whipped cream, which believe it or not, is a much healthier choice.  Or use meringue, fruit-pie filling, pudding or fresh fruit.  Just a dusting of powdered sugar makes a cake look and taste good.
